The Hamel families association of America is a non-profit organization. Its' principal interest is to tighten the Hamel family ties which have been dispersed through the years, families which all go back to the two brothers: Charles and Jean Hamel who left in 1656 Avresmenil in Normandie to come settle in Quebec.
