Bronze sculptures

Serge Bourassa's work is now available for sale on the web for the very first time. This website offers chosen pieces in two of his favorites mediums, bronze and steel. His work can also be admired at his shop display in St-Robert, Qué. Canada and at different art gallery int the province of Québec. His pieces are owned by people in many countries all over the world. Serge Bourassa have been sculptor for the past 30 years. He operates from his very own studio and foundry, since 1975. (see Biography) His strong background in metallurgy enables him to control the entire process of casting bronze sculptures. He also work with other copper based alloys as well as tin, aluminium, etc...

Bronzes

All of Serge Bourassa's bronzes are made according to the ancient "Lost Wax Method" adapted and modernized of the french "Cire Perdue". For a more detailed description of this method.(See method) Each sculpture is a "limited edition" made by the artist every step of the way, from the conception and wax sculpting and correction, to the metal casting and final patina.

Hydroformed Steel

These highly unsual pieces result frm years of experience in casting combined with Serge Bourassa's remarkable artistic vision. Again these are One and Only, Original and Unique Sculptures that cannot be reproduced by any means. (See method)
